...was born 1967 in Bad Ischl at Wolfgangsee, in the Salzkammergut, one of Austrias most beautiful areas, approximately 50 km east of Salzburg.
...in 1985 he moved to Innsbruck (12 years), Paris (2 years), Salzburg (2 years), and to Munich for 4 years , before changing his main residence back to his roots in Bad Ischl.
...had 7 years of classical piano lessons, even though he never wanted to learn to play the piano.
...in the 80`s he began to play boogie woogie and blues, after receiving a christmas present fom his aunt, the Vince Weber LP "The Boogie Man", discovering how incredibly enjoyable and rewarding it was.
...listened intensively to Albert Ammons, Pete Johnson and Meade "Lux" Lewis and further being influenced by contemporary pianists such as Vince Weber, Axel Zwingenberger, Joja Wendt and Martin Schmitt.
...today his playing is not restricted to just boogie and blues, but has matured to interpreting jazz-standards (eg. Girl From Ipenema, Sunny Side of the Street), barpiano (eg. As Time Goes By, Strangers in the Night), easy listening- and dinnerpiano (eg. Yesterday, Feelings), hits (eg. Feel, Aber Bitte Mit Sahne), rock & roll (eg. Great Balls of Fire, Blue Suede Shoes), oldies (eg. Just a Gigolo, New York, Volare, The Entertainer), etc.
...makes music full of emotion, "groove" and amusement, basic fun. He can not read music, learned everything by heart and "request", therfore having a repertoire of the "most wanted songs".
...successfuly completed his studies at the Bad Ischl Highschool, the Innsbruck College for Tourism & Leisure Industry, graduated from the University of Innsbruck with a master of social and business science (management) and from the Alliance Francaise de Paris with a Diplome de Langue Francaise.
...works during his educational period in luxury hotels and top gastronomical locations and sometimes as a windsurfing instructor in summer, as well as a certified Tyrolean skiing instructor in winter.
...studies business & management at the Innsbruck University together with Clemens Vogler, playing in duo with him very often ever since.
...organizes since 1995 the yearly Shake the Lake boogie woogie and blues festival at lake Wolfgangsee, together with Clemens Vogler, Markus Brandl and Johnny Schuetten.
...lived and worked in Paris from 1996-1997. Became friends with french nr-1-pianist Jean-Pierre Bertrand and therefore involved in many projects all over France.

...is a specialist for company and society events as well as luxury hotel bars.
...is an expert for marketing, advertising and project management not only because of his education, but primarily due to many years of exprience working for enterprises throughout Austria, Germany and France. Founded and runs his own company "MCPM Services" ( marketing, consulting & project management) since April 2008.
...finds the decisive basis for his music outdside of the music media, through his environment, making music not as a "job", but because he enjoys it.
